Friday 28

Friday 28- I did my stretches and yoga, ran a mile, lifted weights, did the core trainer (only doing two and a half chin-ups but started out with one last week), punched the bag some, and rode my bike.
Today’s Weather was: Temps of around 40 to 72 degrees, calm winds, humidity around 31 percent, clear skies.
According to the National Weather Service: “Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 68. West wind around 6 mph becoming calm. Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 42. Southwest wind around 8 mph.”
That there handsome guy in the photo is me just in case ya didn't know what I looked liked :)
I watered the plants outside and did some gardening and cleanup around the yard.
I did my studies: Latin (flashcards) and pre-algebra (using Prime Factorization to find LCM and GCF).
I went for my evening walk but went on a different route than my usual; I think I’ll do that more often.
I read aloud from the textbook “Astronomy Today” about Mass and other Stellar Properties using the HR diagram.
I chatted with Kelly for over an hour about this and that and other stuff.
I updated the Copper Mountain Mesa Website and sent out the Newsletter. This was my last column for the Hi-Desert Star Newspaper and it was kinda sad but it was my decision to quit after eleven years. Hey maybe I’ll work on some of my songs and get them published!
I did my stretches and lifted dumbbells, practiced my guitar, wrote to my journal, posted it to the web, and called it a night.
