Saturday 25
Sep. 25th, 2010 11:17 pmSaturday 25- I did my stretches.
Today’s Weather was: Temps of around 65 to 102 degrees, slight breeze, humidity around 13 percent, clear skies.
According to the National Weather Service: “Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 101. Northwest wind at 7 mph becoming east northeast. Sunday Night: Clear, with a low around 68. Southeast wind around 7 mph becoming west southwest.”
I called family and friends like I always do on Saturdays. I cleaned up around the house a tiny wee bit. I’m mostly resting my body from a week’s worth of exercises.
Getting ready for potluck I cooked up some mac and cheese with some ham thrown in; tasted pretty dang good.
I called Kelly to see if she wanted to go but she wasn’t feeling up to it. Seven folks showed up including me. I talked with the folks there and we decided that because of the October BBQ, Thanksgiving, and Christmas we will not have a potluck until January of next year. Rose brought her peas and carrots, Marie cooked up German potatoes and biscuits, Tim produced a macaroni dish, and Chris made his famous macaroni salad.
I got back home to do some webwork and when that was done I watched episode #9 of “Caprica”.
I did my stretches, practiced my guitar, wrote to my journal, posted it to the web, and called it a night.
