Wednesday 14- did my stretches and ran two miles.
Today’s Weather was: Temps of around 58 and 79 degrees, slight breeze, humidity around 40 percent, clear skies.
According to the National Weather Service: “Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 84. North northwest wind around 8 mph. Thursday Night: Clear, with a low around 62. North northwest wind around 8 mph.”
Paula Ragland called me this morning and it was quite a surprise! I haven’t heard from her since the late sixties. She is up in Wonder Valley taking care of her father’s estate and found me in the phone book. She now lives in Texas and has a grown son and a granddaughter. It was great to hear from her and I hope to see her before she leaves for Texas.
My stomach is still a little queasy from yesterday but I worked on the bathroom anyways finishing the plastering and doing some touch up. After I put everything away I noticed some more toughing up to do but that can wait until tomorrow. I hope to start painting on Sunday.
I went for my evening walk and then did a little webwork. I need to come up with a story about saving the environment for Blog Action Day which is tomorrow Thursday, October 15. I will post it on my Live Journal blog.
I did my stretches and went for a night run; practiced my guitar; wrote to my journal, posted it to the web, and called it a night.
