Thursday 18- I did my stretches and ran two miles.
Today’s Weather was: Temps of around 51 and 79 degrees, NW winds at 6 to 19 with gusts up to 33 MPH, humidity around 23 percent, hazy skies.
According to the National Weather Service: “Friday: Sunny, with a high near 70. Breezy, with a north northwest wind between 20 and 24 mph, with gusts as high as 36 mph. Friday Night: Clear, with a low around 48. Northwest wind between 6 and 14 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph.”
I mostly cleaned around the house and cleaned the kitchen really good. Did a little webwork and downloaded Adobe Reader 9.3 that took a long time over my dialup connection.
I went for my evening walk listening to a lecture of Professor Bloom’s Berkeley Course - Astro 10P: The Big Bang part3.
I practiced my guitar and then read aloud from the textbooks: “Astronomy Today" about the surface of the Mercury; “The Cell: a Molecular Approach” about repetitive DNA sequences, hopefully some of this will sink into my tiny brain.
I read another chapter in “Alien”.
I did my stretches and lifted weights, practiced my guitar, wrote to my journal, posted it to the web, and called it a night.
