Mar. 8th, 2011 11:13 pmTuesday 08- I did my stretches, ran a mile, lifted weights, did the core trainer, and punched the bag some. I read up on bone spurs and found that sometimes you can massage it and get temporary relief. So I tried standing on a gulf ball and rolling it back and forth over the sore tendons in the foot. It worked quite well and I been able to run!
Today’s Weather was: Temps of around 43 to 66 degrees, NNW winds at 10 to 16 gusting to 23 MPH, humidity around 21 percent, mostly clear skies.
According to the National Weather Service: “Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 72. North northwest wind between 3 and 6 mph. Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 48. Calm wind becoming west southwest around 5 mph.”
I was informed that a very dear friend of mine is in ICU after a fall and I just don’t feel like posting right now.
