Thursday 29- I did my stretches and ran a mile.
Today’s Weather was: Temps of around 84 to 104 degrees, slight breeze, humidity around 27 percent, clear skies.
According to the National Weather Service: “Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 100. Northwest wind at 8 mph becoming east southeast. Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 76. Southwest wind between 6 and 16 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph.”
After checking my email and reading the “headlines” to find out what’s going on in this fine world of ours, I setup my video camera in the living room and recorded a song I wrote. Unfortunately I didn’t have the microphone turned up and I also recorded it with half my head missing. Then I tried editing the video on my MacBook with iMovie. The user interface wasn’t very intuitive, unlike Movie Maker on XP, and I finally gave up for the day.
I watered some of my plants and went for my evening walk with my camera. I only took one pic.
I watched a fantastic movie called “The Road” (2009) about a man and his son who are on a journey to the ocean through a post apocalyptic world where food is scarce and there are cannibals. Excellent film!!!!!
I did my stretches, went for a night run, and lifted weights. I practiced my guitar, wrote to my journal, posted it to the web, and called it a night.
