Sunday 11
Sunday 11- I did my stretches, ran a mile, and lifted weights.
Today’s Weather was: Temps of around 82 to 97 degrees, light breeze, humidity around 28 percent, clouds all day with light rain here and there.
According to the National Weather Service: “Monday: Partly sunny, with a high near 103. Calm wind becoming south southwest between 7 and 10 mph. Monday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 78. West wind 17 to 20 mph decreasing to between 9 and 12 mph. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph.”
Well I fell asleep at my computer last night and awoke at 7am. I couldn’t get back to sleep so I decided to start my day early.
I went over to Stoney’s to say goodbye to Jimmy and his family only to be put to work helping them clean up the yard. Sherry was there helping them, too. It was hot and muggy all day which zaps the energy right out of ya! I got out of there around noon and took a nap when I got home; dog dang tired again.
When I got up to watered the plants Jimmy and his family were driving by and stopped to say goodbye on their way home.
I called some Family and Friends.
What I did for the rest of the day until late at night was read a bunch more chapters of “No Mercy” by John Gilstrap.
I did my stretches, practiced my guitar, wrote to my journal, posted it to the web, and called it a night.
