Sunday 26

Sunday 26- I did my stretches, too dang windy and cold for anything else.
Today’s Weather was: Temps of around 37 to 52 degrees, WNW winds at 8 to 22 MPH, and humidity around 52 percent, with mostly hazy skies.
According to the National Weather Service: “Monday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 56. North northwest wind between 13 and 16 mph, with gusts as high as 22 mph. Monday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 38. Northwest wind between 6 and 13 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph.”
Again, I spent the day kicking back and called a few friends.
I went for my evening walk but cut it short because of the wind.
I read a few more chapters of “Deadly Sanctuary” by Sylvia Nobel.
I watched a movie called “Stargate Continuum” (2008). I liked it! I had only seen the original “Stargate” (1994) when it first came out. My online friend Ami Ven will be mighty glad that I did; she writes these neat little stories about Stargate and now I’ll know a little something of the characters.
I wrote to my journal, posted it to the web, and called it a night.

Monday 27

Monday 27- I did my stretches and yoga, ran a mile, and lifted weights.
Today’s Weather was: Temps of around 38 to 54 degrees, NW winds at 6 to 17 MPH, and humidity around 41 percent, with clear skies.
According to the National Weather Service: “Tuesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 57. Northwest wind between 5 and 8 mph becoming calm. Tuesday Night: Rain likely after 4am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 42. South southwest wind around 9 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.”
I didn’t feel all that well today. My whole body seemed to ache and my muscles were tight.
I read a few more chapters of “Deadly Sanctuary” by Sylvia Nobel.
I watched a movie called “Stargate: The Ark of Truth” (2008). It was okay but the one I watched yesterday was better.
I still haven’t replaced my broken string on my guitar, did my stretches, wrote to my journal, posted it to the web, and called it a night.
