Thursday 11
Nov. 11th, 2010 11:09 pmThursday 11- I did my stretches and yoga, ran a mile, and lifted weights.
Today’s Weather was: Temps of around 41 to 66 degrees, winds out of the NNW at 13 to 28 MPH, humidity around 27 percent, clear skies.
According to the National Weather Service: “Friday: Sunny, with a high near 64. North northwest wind around 9 mph. Friday Night: Clear, with a low around 41. West northwest wind between 6 and 8 mph.”
I went over to Stoney’s to do my laundry and fix the kitchen sink. After going under the sink to check it out and deciding it wasn’t the connections there, I then took the whole dang faucet apart, pounded it with a hammer, stuck a wire into it, and got it to finally work. Now it’s putting out lots of water.
I went for my evening walk; a short one because of the cold wind.
I started reading a new book called “Billy Boyle: A World War II Mystery” (2006) by James R. Benn. Looks to be a good read! I’ve read a few chapters already and the words flow very nicely along until you realize a few hours have gone by.
I think I’m coming down with a cold or something, dang! Just starting to feel it and been coughing a little bit.
I did my stretches, practice my guitar, wrote to my journal, posted it to the web, and called it a night.
